Our parties include 10 children (1 birthday child and 9 guests). You can add up to five extra children for $20 each when checking out.

Parties are appropraite for children ages 5-12 years. We have different activities for every age level in this range.

Upgrades include our platinum party, and our loot bags! Platinum party includes a choice of one cheese or pepperoni pizza, and one vanilla or chocolate cake. Platinum packages also include juice for every child, plates and cutlery.

We aim to have at least one of our adoptable animals interact with party guests each party. Animal interactions are never guaranteed and depends on the suitability of pets in our centres. Many animals are in foster care rather than here in the shelters.

The type of animal and quantity of interactions are unpredictable. We do our interactions with cats and small animals. Dogs are not used for interactions. Unfortunately you cannot choose which animals you will interact with. This is up to our Animal Care team, who know which animals would be suitable in a group.

One adult is required to be present in the party at all times. We can accommodate up to 4 adults per party.

Our schedule depends on the time of day and party preferences, but our parties include:

• Time for children to arrive, games, getting to know the host
• Time for pizza or party snacks
• Time for a tour and animal interaction
• Time for a craft
• Time for cake and presents

Unfortunately we cannot have outside pets come to our parties, even if they are friendly. Our pets go through testing to make sure they are appropriate for the public. This policy is in place for the safety or the public, our staff, and our adoptable pets. Outside pets must stay at home.

Loot bags can be added to any party for $5 per bag. These include a plush or squish toy, 2 animal themed toys or items, 3 pieces of candy, and a sticker/tattoo. They are open at the top, so you are welcome to add anything you’d like as well.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, cake, and drinks (except alcohol).
We have a fridge for you to use. Please note that any outside food must be served by you, and you will need to provide all the serving supplies, including bowls, plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery. We also kindly ask that you keep any potential allergies of your party guests in mind.

Our staff will fully pre-decorate the birthday room for you, but you are welcome to bring additional decorations if you wish. Any extra decorating must be completed by you within your two-hour room reservation. Please note that nothing may be hung from the ceilings.

Although our cakes and pizza are not made with nuts/peanuts, we do not guarantee that these products have not come into contact with an allergen. It is best that those with severe allergies bring their own food in order to guarantee safety.

These products are made with gluten, but your pizza can be made gluten friendly for an extra charge. Please contact us directly.
